Love the $3 famous bowls and really fast drive thru

Lots of angry people. It took 32 minutes to get our chicken. Wasn't that big of a deal to me, I understand sometimes it gets busy. They ran out food and had to turn people away

The people here are horrible. We arrived at 10:30pm with our kids to get some food because they were starving and the manager and his team refused to attend us using the drive through even we arrived 30 minutes before the closing.

Went there tonight for dinner through the drive thru the young lady was rude to us I'm sorry that you're busy doesn't mean you gotta be rude to the customers that go through.

Drive through took way too long

The chicken was so greasy and burnt...didnt notice till I got home was driving through!

All 12 of The tacos I ordered tasted like they had been on the shelf for years. Not to mention I got sick the next day. I should have listened to my girlfriend. Lol

They always seem to run out of chicken when we go. They need to update their equipment in order to serve everyone in a timely manner but haven't. They are the closest one to Flagstaff and Bearizona and need to stock like it. The staff is always friendly, just issues with getting chicken.

Staff are friendly and helpful, location is easy to get in and out of and clean. Doing a great job!

We always stop at the KFC on our way to Kingman. Our local KFC closed here in Winslow. We ordered a 16 piece dinner with 4 sides to go. Unfortunately we only received 3 sides. We nearly only received 4 out of 8 biscuits but an employee caught that. On the flip side the employees are friendly and for its volume of customers, it's clean. I just recommend that you check your orders before you leave. We will still keep going as it's the closest KFC in Northern Arizona

Skip this place. The staff was unhelpful and it was the worst KFC, i have ever eaten. No one seemed to know what they were doing

I ate at the Taco Bell and there was an older woman I believe named Frances who was so sweet and kind. I had been driving all day and it was such a pleasure to be served by her. She made my night. There was also another woman who was kind but I didn’t catch her name. The guys preparing the food were very nice as well. Kudos to the owner for hiring quality staff.

I came by last Saturday after waiting over a month dying for my Kentucky fried chicken. I actually sat in line for a good half hour before I got to the window time get my order. I was shocked and amazed at the man and woman in the window talking and She had non mask on and he had a bandana around his neck.. I couldn't believe it. I lost my appetite and drove off. I couldn't see myself eating from you after seeing that lack of concern for your customer's well being. You're the only one around for miles and I have to believe this will get fixed immediately. I Still want my chicken but I'm hesitant about coming back.

I orders a crispy colonel sandwich through the drive thru and the white guy with blue eyes gave me my order , said have a good days and closed the drive thru window. I got home and realized my sandwich was missing and did not even bother coming back .

Slowest service experienced at any fast food facility at the drive thru and inside. Waited almost 25-30 minutes and still got the wrong order.

This was a combo KFC & Taco Bell. After waiting 10 min to ordered, we figured 3 bean burritos would be quick. Haha! Took another 25 min to get our food. Chicken and drive thru was FLYING out of there. I would recommend McDonald's across the street.

Staffs were friendly. The service was good too. The person who helped us in the cashier was really nice and got our order all right. The place was cleaned and restroom too.

As far as KFCs go, this one was fast and the place was clean.

The sweet corn was very watery and didn't taste as nice as corn usually does. They also forgot the families cookies with the meals.Other than that, it's a typical KFC.It's clean, and well kept.The staff seemed friendly and happy to fix the cookie problem.There is seats for toddlers and babies.As well as tables for people who have disabilities.The toilets are clean

Great customer service when taking the order! Haven't seen someone enjoy their job like that in forever - no one really makes chicken like KFC

Extremely busy but the cashier is a sweetheart and advise everyone if they are running behing is understandable is the only KFC near in miles

Always out of chicken. Their new cinnabons are amazing when they actually use them, and not the biscuits. One would think, with being in a tourist town, the manager would know how to properly order. Maybe go off last year's sales at this time and calculate accordingly.

Closest KFC I live by. Great food. OKAY service at best.

Wow, it’s delicious and they serve you lot of food... any order they give large plate... enough and More food... Staff is little hurry burry... better the Staff need to be patience, customers can’t reach the level of the staff instead the staff has to come to the level of customers... always busy restaurant... Really Good.. I can’t wait to go back..

They are always so nice to me and the workers really care about customer service. Chicken is always done well with consistency. Never changes. Got the recipe down pat. The one gal that always takes my order is very kind. Thank you!❤
